Madden Civil & Construction is a growing project delivery and engineering consultancy based on the Gold Coast. As we expand, we're building a team of capable, motivated people who take ownership and get things done — no passengers.

We're interested in hearing from people across all levels — Engineers, Project Managers, Site Engineers, Supervisors, Operators and Support Staff. We also genuinely welcome Undergraduates and Graduates — everyone starts somewhere, and if you've got the right attitude, we'll back you.

We're a hands-on team. Expect variety, real responsibility, and work that actually gets built.

What we care about: you show up, you work hard, and you take pride in what you deliver. The rest we can work with.

To be considered you must be physically based in South East Queensland and hold full, unrestricted working rights in Australia. Overseas applications and those requiring visa sponsorship will not be considered.
