Madden Civil & Construction was founded on a simple belief — that projects get delivered by people who take ownership, not by people who manage from a distance.
We're a Gold Coast-based project delivery and engineering consultancy, and we operate differently to the big end of town. We're lean by design. When you engage us, you get experienced people who are across your project commercially, technically, and on the ground — from the first conversation through to closeout.
Our background spans over a decade of hands-on industry experience across civil infrastructure, roads, rail, mining, bulk earthworks, drainage, and contaminated materials. We've operated the plant, carried the tools, run the QA, written the variations, and managed the programs. That depth of experience — across every layer of a project — is what we bring to every client engagement.
We work across Queensland and Northern New South Wales, with FIFO and DIDO availability from the Gold Coast and Brisbane for regional and remote projects.

No Overhead — We turn up self-sufficient. Our own vehicle, PPE, software and insurances. No cost burden on your end.

We work with contractors, developers, and private clients of all sizes — from major Tier 1 and Tier 2 programs through to smaller private developments and one-off engagements. If you need a project delivered properly, we're built for it.

We work on a day rate, lump sum, or as-needed basis — whatever suits your project and your procurement process. We're flexible because we understand that no two projects are the same.
